NBIS, steping together with progress and legislative regulations regarding the sensitive and important chapter of Violence and Harassment in the Workplace, has created a new private certification protocol, the SafeForAll mark. With this certification, the Greek company can constantly demonstrate its commitment to the fight against violence and harassment in its workplace.
Since June 2021, it has become legally mandatory to implement measures and regulations in order to confront violence and harassment in the workplace, according to National Greek Law No.4808/2021 (Part II, Art. 2-23).
NBIS offers this new service , assessing the need for a certificate of compliance with this new Law, but also the need for the contribution of the entire business world in combating violence and harassment in the workplace.
